Overall, experience was positive. Thought it was a good value. Fairly quiet. Plenty of kitchen items. Good internet access, once it got figured out. Nice to know that there were usually people around to help. Lots of local info, maps and transit schedules.

My family had a family reunion by renting both the Chi and Zen condos. We were welcomed and shown the facilities. The Chi condo was beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located be an expressway and easy to get around. Also, there is a grocery store within walking distance.

Very accommodating- many phone calls to connect. Any questions I had were answered the same day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect; close to the airport, close to incredible restaurants, close to our customers, and close to Santana Row. We took long walks around the neighborhood and appreciated the off street parking. Loved the granite kitchen and "falling rain" shower head in one of the bathrooms. Quiet, quiet, quiet. I don't know how much of the credit goes to you or the perfect weather of San Jose, but we had an incredible stay and look forward to coming back.
